The idea behind this organization was born one late night while I was studying Architecture at City College of New York. I wanted to create a nexus for ideas + information exchanges in order to sponsor + support development within/beyond/around architecture, STEM + design industries.

WALLEN + daub is a space to

• educate through shared information + experiences,

• share diverse stories to empower others,

• help to retain talent through engagement +

• encourage cross-pollination for expansion across our creative industries.

My idea grew at every step of my career, as I navigated being a student, an emerging professional, an woman in architecture + an advocate for diversity + inclusion. Through each stage, I realized that my sense of curiosity in people + potential evolved. I think it has been —+ continues to be—an essential part of my professional + personal development.
